Our Building Voices Together Grant aims to further our mission by welcoming into our artistic community talented singers from across our region—especially those underrepresented in the choral music community or with limited access to choral music participation. Applications due May 15.

We explore the messages woven into our holiday observances to accept one another, love all neighbors, and support what's fair and right for each of us—and what it means to embody this responsibility throughout the year. Featuring works by Georg Friedrich Händel, Kyle Pederson, Fahad Siadat, Felix Mendelssohn, Jamey Ray, and more.

We are a unique sacred choral ensemble with a rich spiritual tradition and an ever-expanding repertoire. For more than 70 years, LCC has enlightened, educated, and entertained the people of Chicago and the world with joyful reflections of our shared human experience.
Rehearsals
Lux Cantorum Chicago rehearses Monday nights from 7:30pm-9:30pm in Portage Park. Our season typically runs from September to May with a concerts spanning two weekends in December and May.
Artistic Director Wilbert O. Watkins has led LCC since the 2007-2008 season.
